… Then DBT May Be Successful In Helping You!
The Middle Path™ offers both Individual Counseling (IC) and an Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP). The difference is the intensity, frequency, and time commitment of treatment. IC usually requires 1-3 hours weekly and acts a lower-intensity, flexible follow-up or support for mild conditions. IOP requires more hours per week (9-30 hours) for severe symptoms or early recovery.
IC is best for individuals with mild mental health challenges, or those who have completed higher-level care and need maintenance. IC encourages more self management. At The Middle Path we refer to our IC as the "Bale Clinic".
IOP is ideal for someone transitioning from residential treatment, or needing to manage severe mental health or substance abuse disorders (moderate to severe) without 24/7 care. IOP provides high structure with more guidance. The Middle Path IOP is comprehensive, uses Dialectical Behavior (DBT) and offers a virtual sessions.
Free Intake Assessment. Meet with a therapist to discuss your current crisis and see if our program is the right fit for you
"Building A Life Worth Living"
The Middle Path® offers an Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP). The program's clinical approach is Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and includes a variety of holistic services at its facility that support the healing process.
With DBT you will achieve:
-
Peacefulness
-
Moments of pause
-
Increased communication skills
-
Learn to live in the moment
-
Live a life with less stress
...Then DBT may be successful in helping you
