ANNOUNCING
FREE DBT SKILLS GROUP FOR ENROLLED UTK STUDENTS

The Middle Path is offering a free DBT skills group for enrolled UTK students.  Last day to join the group is 2/22/2023, 3:30-5:00 pm, for 10-weeks (no group during spring break).  Please contact the Student Counseling Center for additional information

The name of the DBT group is "Mental Massage".
Four core areas of DBT are taught: core mindfulness, interpersonal effectiveness, emotional regulation and distress tolerance
