Amanda Kelly, LCSW is a licensed clinical social worker and spiritual counselor with years of experience serving diverse clients. She received her MSW from Rutgers University and has completed additional training in DBT, EMDR, Somatic Experiencing, and Spiritual Counseling & Direction amongst others. She has also contributed to the burgeoning research on self-compassion, and has published in the peer reviewed journals "Mindfulness" and "Psychiatry Research". Amanda is a compassionate and dedicated therapist who believes in providing a safe and non-judgmental space for clients to explore their thoughts and feelings.
Throughout her career, Amanda has worked with individuals, couples, families, and groups facing a range of challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and life transitions. She utilizes an integrative approach that draws upon evidence-based therapies, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, interpersonal therapy, EMDR, DBT along with practices that support the body-mind connection, such as somatic experiencing (SE). In addition to her work as a therapist, Amanda is committed to strengthening her relationship with the natural world. With her warm and collaborative style, Amanda helps clients develop the resilience and resources they need to create meaningful and fulfilling lives.
