Jessica Mangano, LPC-MHSP

Therapist

Hi! I’m Jess. I am an Associate Licensed Professional Counselor/Mental Health Service Provider in Chattanooga, Tennessee. In my clinical experience, I have worked with individuals and groups in both mental health and addiction focused outpatient programs, as well as in private practice. I specialize in working alongside clients who are experiencing manifestations of trauma, grief and loss, and life transitions—the kinds of challenges that orient us to the depth of our human experience. My approach is holistic in nature, and I am passionate about supporting my clients in exploring the emotional, somatic, and spiritual/soulful dimensions of healing. I have specialized training in EMDR and Experiential Therapy, and I integrate these modalities in my work to support grounded exploration of big emotions and heavy life situations.

When I’m not at work, I am usually outside with a book in one hand and a cup of tea in the other. (A cup of tea is always offered during a session with me, too!) I also love wandering in the woods, cooking a cozy meal, and grooving to some good music.

It is a profound privilege for me to walk alongside people on their journeys of wholeness, and I look forward to connecting with you!
