Caitlynn Vogel, LPC-MHSP
Teen Therapist

Hi! My name is Caitlynn Vogl, and I am dual licensed as a Licensed Professional Counselor, Mental Health Services provider in Tennessee and a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in Washington state. I earned my Master's Degree in Applied Child and Adolescent Psychology: Prevention and Treatment at the University of Washington. Throughout my five plus years of practice, I have worked with children, youth, and their families in a variety of different levels of care from outpatient at my own private practice to residential and juvenile justice.
In my areas of clinical speciality, PTSD and autism spectrum disorder, I find that children and youth in these demographics often have high intensity emotions and complex support needs. Accordingly, I am excited to join the Middle Path team and support children and youth in developing and strengthening Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) tools in skills groups. These skills have been shown to be tremendously helpful for children and youth as it is very feelings based which aligns well with how youth experience the world. Teaching DBT skills can help youth and their caregivers have the tools needed to successfully navigate the difficult season that may have brought them to the middle path.
In all of my treatment work, both individual and group, I aim to create a safe, caring space where clients can feel seen, heard, and supported. I provide a flexible, skills based approach to help clients not only identify the struggle but also be equipped with strengths and tools to traverse it. As a part of this, my clinical approach is to integrate parents and families into care as the family is often an important part of making and sustaining change.
I do accept most commercial insurances and Tenncare. If you are interested in individual services I can be reached at:
