Amanda Keener has been with The Middle Path since 2022, previously working as the Intake Coordinator for the Kingsport office. Amanda became a Licensed Professional Counselor in July 2024. Amanda obtained her masters degree in both School Counseling and Mental Health Counseling from Lincoln Memorial University in 2016 and 2020, respectively. Amanda worked in the local school systems for 4 years before deciding to pursue private practice. Amanda will be co-leading the Adult AM Group with Adam K at the Kingsport office. Amanda has clinical experience in group, individual and family therapy, residential treatment centers, school-based services, crisis services and community mental health. Amanda has been working in the field since 2012.
