I began working in the mental health field in 2018 while I was in school at the University of Tennessee for my bachelor's degree in social work. After a few years working with teens in residential treatment centers, I went back to school. In 2022 I graduated with my MSW and a certificate in trauma treatment and began my career as a therapist working with children, teens, and adults in all stages of life. I have experience working with clients in inpatient and outpatient settings. Many of the people I work with experience anxiety, depression, PTSD, or substance use disorders.
I am passionate about meeting you where you are and supporting you in your healing. I provide a collaborative and holistic approach with the understanding that everyone deserves respect, understanding, and forgiveness. I will assist you in learning healthy tools for managing emotions, regaining control over your life, setting boundaries, and increasing your self-compassion.
