Stephanie Viars, LCSW
I am Stephanie Rogers Viars, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and received my Master of
Science in Social Work from University in Tennessee, Knoxville. I obtained a bachelor’s degree
in Child and Family Studies from Oklahoma State University in Stillwater. I am most honored to
be a part of The Middle Path family and work with a team that lives what they teach.
I have spent my 30+ year career with a servant’s heart to bring people hope and witness their growth.
I am committed to providing people with the tools they need to live life as they want it, break free
from burdens and use their experiences as building blocks for a bright future. My prior clinical
experiences include working with children, adolescents, adults, couples and families in
residential, outpatient, and hospital settings. Working with women’s issues is also a particular
passion for me. My modalities include Family Systems, Cognitive Behavioral, Play Therapy,
Experiential Therapy, Faith-Based Counseling, Trauma Counseling, Group Therapy, Mindfulness and
Dialectical Behavior Therapy.
In addition to providing DBT skills training with The Middle Path, I also lead women’s groups. If you
would be interested in a free 15 min consultation to help you determine if the treatment relationship
might be a good fit, I would love to speak with you. My mission is to promote self-worth, dignity, and
aid in clients reaching their self-determined goals, as well as finding a lifepath that fits best with a life
I look forward to hearing from you. I can be reached at 865-394-8052 and my email
