Revitalist Clinician

Natalie Wigle

Natalie Wigle is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. Her journey as a
helping professional began in China, where she grew up. Her passion for
connection, and understanding how culture impacts our self-
conceptualization and world view, led her to social work. Her journey
continued while working in international disaster relief in Haiti and
with victims of human trafficking in Amsterdam. She has a variety of
clinical experience working with adolescents and adults in individual
and family therapy. Natalie utilizes a Humanistic and Existential
theoretical orientation with clients, believing in a strengths-based,
client-centered approach where the therapeutic alliance is highlighted
and utilized as a foundation for self-exploration. Natalie’s approach
emphasizes the interconnectedness between mind, body and spirit, as
well as how environment, past experiences, and trauma can play an
active role in our present lives. She uses an eclectic blend of
supportive and insight oriented therapies to aid clients in formulating
and reaching their goals, reducing feelings of anxiety and depression,
working through trauma or grief; all in pursuit of a more peace-filled
existence.

Natalie is trained in Somatic Experiencing Therapy, Mindfulness and
Guided Meditation, Yoga for Resilience and Trauma, Internal Family
Systems, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Trauma Focused Cognitive
Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, and Gestalt Therapy.

Natalie enjoys spending her free time exploring the beautiful mountains
in East TN with her dogs, traveling as much as she can, making pottery
and reading sci-fi novels.
