Hi there! My name is Hannah Keefer (she/her) and I'm excited to be a part of The Middle Path team. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), I’m big on creating authentic connections and empowering individuals to navigate life's challenges with resilience and hope.

I received a Bachelors of Science in Social Work from Messiah University in Grantham, Pennsylvania in 2018 and then went on to attend University of Tennessee, where I earned my Master of Science in Social Work in 2019. Since then, I've worked in outpatient and residential treatment settings with individuals experiencing substance use and mental health disorders. I currently work in private practice virtually and hope to expand to an in-person office space soon.

I believe in the transformative power of Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and am honored to be part of a program that prioritizes holistic healing and growth. In my practice and my work The Middle Path, I aim to create a safe and supportive environment where people feel heard, valued, and empowered to explore their unique paths to wellness.
