Cindy Widnes, Kripalu RYT-500 Personal Biography

I’ve been interested in the mind-body connection since I was a teenager. I understood the positive impact of movement on my mental and emotional state and I loved the overall feeling of being strong and physically engaged. I was an early recipient of national fitness instructor certification.


I especially enjoy introducing yoga to new students or populations that generally do not have access to yoga. I encourage my students to practice with a deep, personal relationship of kindness. Always, I teach for peace of mind, harmony in the body and spirit, and I teach from love. I’m honored to join The Middle Path team.
